I am Bhavesh Mistry this is Grainypic Photography

After completing a degree in Graphic Arts at Liverpool John Moores University Bav won a commission with the North West Arts Board to document the Year of the Artist project 2000/01. A stint at Bradford College as a Photographic Technician followed which lead to him joining the Catherdral Center, Bradford as a tutor in Photography, Arts & Crafts and Digital Imaging. Alongside his teaching Bav also worked as a Studio Portrait Photographer and a freelance Artist/Tutor for several community based projects around the North of England. Currently Bav works as a Forensic Photographer with the West Yorkshire Police and still works as a freelance photographer / artist, most recently running imaging workshops with Cartwright Hall Art Gallery & Museum.
